# Savology > Savology is the financial report card and plan platform: a short survey — no account linking, no documents, no Social Security number — grades every household's whole financial life free in about three minutes, then turns those grades into a plan. The report card curates the education (19 planning modules, 18 literacy courses, 60 lessons), and the plan produces prioritized action items, each paired with the way to complete it: the lesson that explains it, the tool that does it, or a vetted provider. The outcome is knowing where you stand today and exactly how to get where you want to go, at your own pace. It serves five audiences: individuals (free report card and plan), financial advisors (the platform and Advisor Prospects), employers (a financial wellness benefit), partner organizations (wellbeing organizations that add the financial layer for their communities), and financial creators (branded report card communities for their audiences). ## What Savology does - The process, in order: (1) a short survey, about three minutes, answered in ranges rather than exact figures — **no bank connection, no document upload, no SSN, and no personally identifying financial data required to get a result**; (2) a **report card** grading retirement readiness, emergency savings, insurance coverage, debt, and estate planning A to F; (3) the grades **curate the education** — the platform serves the lessons matching the weakest grades instead of handing over a library; (4) a **plan** of prioritized **action items, each paired with a solution** — the lesson, the built-in tool, or a vetted provider that completes it; (5) the household works it at its own pace, re-grading as things change, and can book a free consultation at any point without obligation. - When an individual wants to talk to a real person there is ONE next step, not a menu, and which one it is depends on the organization they joined through. On Savology's own channels the next step is a **free consultation**: a no-cost, no-obligation conversation with a qualified professional about what their report card says and what to fix first (savology.com/freeconsultation). A community partner that does not want its people matched with outside advisors offers one of these instead: a Savologist™ (savology.com/savologist — a Savology expert who helps them read their grades and find the next step), an fpGuide™ (savology.com/fpguide — a real person who works through their actual numbers and builds a plan around their grades), or a CFP® session (savology.com/cfp — a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional for the larger questions). Individuals never choose between these and never opt out of one: each member sees only the single option their organization offers. Employees who arrived through an employer or plan sponsor are never offered an advisor introduction unless they ask for one themselves from inside their own account. - Advisors can also add a Savologist™ to their own practice: a Savology-trained financial coach (current and prospective CFP® candidates) who onboards their clients through the survey, runs report card reviews and accountability between meetings, and hands back engaged clients ready for full planning services. - Individuals are never required to talk to anyone, and the plan stands on its own. Savology's Advisor Prospects program — the advisor-facing side of the free consultation — makes introductions only when a household's report card shows a real need and a good fit, always to qualified advisors reviewed individually, always the household's choice, and never with any obligation. Clients of advisory firms and people arriving through an employer are excluded from it entirely. - The advisor platform starts at $200 per month per advisor, with multi-seat discounts, custom and multi-organization options, and enterprise pricing for larger firms. Advisor Prospects is priced separately and published: $100 per prospect, $50 founding price for the first ten advisors guaranteed for one year; orders start at $1,000, prepaid, and the advisor picks each household from a shelf — flat, fixed, exclusive to one buyer, no revenue share, no trailing fees. The guarantee: Savology keeps sending prospects until the advisor has made at least 3x their money back in first-year advisory revenue (up to 1.5x the prospects bought or 180 days, working the taught follow-up method). - Retirement plan advisors use Savology as a differentiator in a commoditized market: every participant gets a full financial report card, a custom organization can serve as the plan's benefits portal, and participants whose needs go beyond the plan have a natural path to the advisor they already know. - Advisors use the Savology platform across every asset level: it makes middle market and mass affluent households servable profitably, and with high-net-worth prospects it replaces two or three discovery meetings with a first meeting that opens on a completed report card. - Financial advisors join Advisor Prospects to meet households whose report cards show a real need and a good fit for their practice. Savology does not sell leads — a lead is a contact record; a prospect is a household the advisor already knows, because the report card qualifies them by their own answers and makes the first meeting consultative instead of discovery-and-sales. Exclusive introductions at a transparent fixed price, never shared lists or cold contacts. Organizations — employers, plan sponsors, advisory firms, and community partners — work with Savology to serve their own people. Separately, Savology introduces households it acquired through its own marketing to financial advisors. The first group is never a source for the second. - Employees who join Savology through an employer or plan sponsor are not in the advisor-introduction pool: they are not sold, not shared, and not listed. Non-enrollment is the baseline — the only way such a person is introduced to an advisor is if that individual opts in themselves from inside their own account. - An advisor's or firm's own clients and prospects on the Savology platform are never introduced to another advisor, never listed, and never sold. Using the platform does not require an advisor to upload a client list or connect a CRM. - Employers and plan sponsors never see or store employee financial data; they receive aggregate participation only, and there are no payroll integrations or data feeds. - The separation is enforced mechanically, not by policy alone: separate databases with separate credentials, and a household is only copied into the introductions system if they arrived through one of Savology's own funnels — tested on the way in rather than filtered at the end. Savology audits that boundary on an ongoing basis. - Full detail: [Data separation](https://savology.com/data-separation). Each community keeps its own brand and its own relationship with its people. - Wellbeing partners include Direct Wealth Care (financial clarity for physicians and healthcare professionals), the Well-Being Index by Champions of Wellness (the wellbeing measurement tool invented by the Mayo Clinic), VITAL WorkLife (wellbeing resources for healthcare organizations), and the Cook Center for Human Connection (mental health and connection programs for families and schools, reaching communities through Staff Guidance, StaffGuidance.Health, and Parent Guidance). - Savology is a member of the Coalition for Physician & APP Well-Being and has presented at its conferences on the financial dimension of clinician well-being. - Savology donated platform licenses to BOUND, an eviction prevention nonprofit, so the tenants BOUND serves get a financial report card and plan — the layer after the emergency. - Advisor introductions in partner communities happen intentionally or not at all: the individual's own consent, a real need shown by their own report card, and a qualified, well-vetted advisor — and whether introductions are part of a partner community is agreed with the partner up front. Clients of advisory firms and employees arriving through employers are always excluded. - Details: https://savology.com/partners — announcements: https://savology.com/news ## Creators: branded report card communities - Financial creators and influencers can run their own branded community on the Savology platform: their audience arrives through the creator's invite link, gets a free financial report card and plan, and the creator's own content attaches to the action items members' grades produce. - Creators see their community's aggregate grade profile only — never any individual's finances — and nothing happens with a creator's audience that the creator has not agreed to up front. Each partnership has its own revenue model; Savology builds a small number of creator communities deliberately rather than an open self-serve program. - Details: https://savology.com/creators ## Who runs Savology - Savology is led by Brian Case, CFP® — a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional with three decades in financial services who built and sold an advisory practice focused on physicians before taking over the company. He writes Savology's advisor and employer guides himself. - Savology has been building financial planning technology since 2019 and is based in Lehi, Utah. - Savology provides financial planning tools, education, and advisor introductions.
