The report card platform for your coaching practice.
An advisor is paid on assets. You are paid to change habits. Savology grades a household's whole financial life in three minutes, so session one starts at the failing grade instead of a blank budget worksheet.
Then it keeps working between your sessions: lessons matched to their grades, email that nudges the one thing you are fixing, and a re-grade that shows the progress you made together.
D Emergency fund Two ways to work with Savology
Separate offerings, one report card. Use either, most coaches grow into both.
The coaching platform
Your co-branded report card, lessons, nurture and dashboard, run across your own practice: intake, the work between sessions, the next generation, and proof of progress. Everything below on this page.
See the platform →Coach Prospects
When you want more of those conversations, we deliver exclusive households who already took the survey and have a clear gap to close. Price, monthly mix and the satisfaction guarantee are all on its own page.
See Coach Prospects →Getting to know, or getting to no
Why the survey is good friction before you give away an hour.
Send it before you book the call
Three minutes, tap only, nothing to gather. It goes out with your reply to an inquiry, or with the confirmation for a discovery call.
You just got to no
Someone who will not spend three minutes on their own finances is not ready to spend a program fee on them. You saved the hour and the chase.
You got to know
You are both looking at the same grades before you meet. The conversation starts at "you failed emergency fund, let's start there", not at fishing for pain.
Either answer is a win. What kills a coaching practice is free hours spent on people who were never going to start.
A no does not have to be a dead end
Your marketing promised help. When someone is not a fit for your program, we can still keep that promise, so you never have to choose between your time and your word.
Self serve on the platform
The report card, the plan and the action items are theirs either way, with paid Savology tiers when they want account aggregation, credit monitoring and the deeper tools.
The product they actually needed
Sometimes the next step is term life, disability, an estate plan or a better mortgage. Vetted providers sit inside the plan, so the household gets handled without taking an hour of yours.
Matched with someone else
Ask us and we will introduce them through the prospects platform to a coach who works your way, or to an advisor when what they need is investment advice.
Nothing moves on its own. Your clients stay yours, never listed and never introduced to anyone, unless you ask us to hand one on. How that is enforced →
Nurturing the ones who are not ready yet
Most people who ask about coaching do not hire anyone that month.
Email that reads their report card
What sends is decided by their grades and what they have finished since. The failing grade gets followed up until it is handled, without you writing anything.
Momentum without chasing
Active clients get nudged on the one thing you are working on, so week three does not undo week one and your calls stop opening with a recap.
Still there when they are ready
A household who said not now keeps getting graded content under your brand. When the money question finally gets loud, you are the coach they already know.
The next generation, served at a price that works
Young households need coaching most and can pay for it least.
The obvious first program
A graduate with a first salary, a budget that does not hold and no cushion. Their parents already trust you, and the grades make the first session concrete.
One link, a whole room
Run a workshop for a school, an employer or a community group. Everyone who completes your co-branded link arrives graded and lands in your practice.
The households they cannot serve
An advisor paid on assets cannot take a household with $20,000 saved. You can, and the report card makes the handoff simple for both of you.
Mostly, it is the coaching itself
The report card does the intake, and the platform carries the program.
Skip the spreadsheet session
A three minute survey grades their whole financial life. Session one starts at the failing grade, not at a blank budget worksheet.
Lessons matched to their grades
19 planning modules, 18 literacy courses and 60 lessons, curated to each client's weakest grades, plus budgeting, credit and insurance tools.
Depth when a client needs it
Retirement outlook, savings and income, assets and liabilities, risk. The long conversation is there when the program calls for it.
Re-grade to show the work
When the emergency fund goes from a D to a B, your client sees it on the same report card they started with. That is the renewal conversation.
Your own link
A co-branded report card link for your website, your social posts and your workshops. Everyone who completes it lands in your practice.
See every client at a glance
Grades, engagement and lesson progress across everyone you coach, in one dashboard.
We work for coaches, not against them
The coaching is yours
We find the household, grade their finances and keep them engaged. We do not sell them coaching of our own.
A good problem to have
Some clients will build real assets with your help. When they need planning beyond coaching, they already have a report card an advisor can start from.
Common questions
What does Savology give a coaching practice?
A financial report card platform you run under your own brand. Clients take a three minute survey and get graded across their whole financial life, with lessons matched to their weakest grades and automated email that keeps them working between sessions.
Can I use it with the clients I already have?
Yes. Your co-branded link works for everyone you coach today. Anyone who joins through your practice belongs to you, and is never listed or introduced to anyone else.
What does it cost?
The platform starts at $200 a month for your parent organization and $150 a month for each additional organization. Coach Prospects, if you want households delivered to you, is priced separately on its own page.
Does Savology coach these households itself?
No. We do not compete with the coaches we work with. Our job is the report card, the platform and the nurture. The coaching is yours.
Do I need a certification?
No single credential is required. We review every application individually and ask how you work and how you charge.
Does Savology give investment advice?
No. Savology provides planning tools and education, not investment advice.
Where do I find the households you deliver?
On the Coach Prospects page. It covers the monthly mix, the price, the six month term and the satisfaction guarantee.
Want clients delivered too?
Coach Prospects sends you exclusive households every month, graded by their own report cards and priced for a coaching practice.
