The financial report card you receive: an overall grade with letter grades across your whole financial lifeA− Your grades in 3 minutes
Why this exists

Medicine trains you for everything except this.

A physician's financial life runs backwards from everyone else's, years of negative net worth, then a sudden income that arrives with no instructions and a queue of people ready to sell you something.

A decade behind

Earnings start late, debt starts early

Training years are the ones everyone else spends compounding. You begin real earning in your thirties, often deeply negative, and the standard advice, start early, save consistently, was written for someone whose career did not work this way.

Sold to, constantly

Everyone finds you the moment you attend

Insurance, real estate, private placements, whole-life pitches dressed as planning. The volume is high and the incentives are hidden, so it becomes hard to tell advice from a sales call, and easier to do nothing at all.

No safe room

The one subject you cannot ask about

You can ask a colleague about a difficult case. Asking whether you are actually okay financially feels like admitting something. So the question goes unasked for years, which is exactly how small problems become permanent ones.

The three-minute walkthrough

Three minutes, between patients.

The same survey behind every Savology report card, carrying the Direct Wealth Care masthead. Tap-only answers, no documents to dig up, and your grades at the end, with a copy emailed to you.

1

Answer a short set of questions

About three minutes, tap-only for most of it. No account linking, no statements to find, nothing to prepare.

2

Your grades appear

Your whole financial life graded A to F, retirement, savings, insurance, debt, and estate, so you can see at a glance which part is actually the problem.

3

Your plan follows

Prioritized action items in plain English, plus education matched to your role in healthcare. A resident and an attending do not get the same advice.

Built for healthcare

What you walk away with

Built for your world

Role-specific, not generic

The report card and learning content adapt to your role in healthcare, a physician sees different education than a nurse, because their financial lives are different.

Conflict-free

Clarity first, never a sales pitch

Your report card, your plan, your call. Nothing is sold to you, and an introduction to a well-vetted advisor happens only when your grades show a real need and a good fit, with no obligation.

Private

A safe place to look at money

No account linking, no documents, no judgment. Three minutes of questions, honest grades, and a plan, because the hardest part of money stress is having nowhere to take it.

Why anyone does nothing

Most people never act on their finances, and it is rarely for lack of caring. It is that almost every route into getting help feels like the opening of a sales pitch, and the moment something feels that way, people stop.

Nothing is sold to anyone here. The report card is free, it takes about three minutes, and it asks for no account logins and no Social Security number.

It exists to get people off the sidelines and doing one thing that is good for them, which is the only part that has ever actually mattered.

Private by design

Your hospital never sees any of this.

Your report card belongs to you. If your organization offered Savology, it sees participation counts and nothing else: never your grades, your numbers, or whether you finished. Nobody you work with will ever know what your report card says.

Common questions

Does this cost anything?

No. The financial report card and the personalized plan behind it are free, with no credit card and no trial. Savology is free for households because advisory firms pay for the platform and for introductions, never for your data, and never without your consent.

Will someone call me after I do this?

Not unless you ask. Completing a report card does not put you on a call list. If your grades show a real need that takes a professional, you may be offered an introduction to a well-vetted advisor. You decide whether to take it, and nothing happens if you ignore it.

Can my employer or hospital see my results?

No. Organizations receive aggregate participation only, how many people took part, never who or what they scored. Your report card is visible to you alone.

Do I need to link my bank accounts?

No. There is no account linking and nothing to upload. The survey asks a short set of questions, most of them tap-only, using ranges rather than exact figures so you never need to look anything up.
