The financial report card you receive: an overall grade with letter grades across your whole financial lifeA− Your grades in 3 minutes
Why this exists

Money stress follows you onto the floor.

Healthcare staff absorb other people's worst days for a living. Financial strain does not stay politely at home while that happens: it shows up as exhaustion, as second jobs, as people leaving the field entirely.

Every role

Support usually skips most of the team

Financial guidance in healthcare tends to be built for physicians. Nurses, techs, aides, transport, environmental services, and front-desk staff keep the building running and are rarely offered anything at all.

Shift work

Nothing that assumes a free afternoon

A benefit that needs a lunchtime webinar, a portal login, or a long form is a benefit that does not reach a rotating shift. This takes about three minutes on a phone, whenever there is a gap.

Silence

Asking feels like exposure

In a workplace where everyone knows roughly what everyone earns, admitting you are struggling with money feels unsafe. Something entirely private removes the reason to stay silent.

The three-minute walkthrough

Three minutes, on your break.

The StaffGuidance.Health version of the Savology survey. Tap-only answers, nothing to look up, and your grades at the end, seen by you and nobody you work with.

1

Answer a short set of questions

About three minutes on a phone, tap-only for most of it. Ranges instead of exact numbers, so there is nothing to go find.

2

Your grades appear

Retirement, savings, insurance, debt, and estate, each graded A to F, so the part that actually needs attention is obvious.

3

Your plan follows

Prioritized next steps in plain English, including the benefits you already have and may not be using.

What you walk away with

Aligned missions

Wellbeing first, money included

Mentorship carries the human side of working in healthcare; the report card carries the financial side. Money stress is staff stress, and both deserve a safe place to go.

Every role

The whole care team

From nurses and techs to the front desk, financial guidance usually skips the people who keep healthcare running. The report card works at every role and every income.

Private by design

Never visible to your employer

Your report card and plan belong to you alone. Organizations see aggregate participation, never anyone’s personal finances.

Why anyone does nothing

Most people never act on their finances, and it is rarely for lack of caring. It is that almost every route into getting help feels like the opening of a sales pitch, and the moment something feels that way, people stop.

Nothing is sold to anyone here. The report card is free, it takes about three minutes, and it asks for no account logins and no Social Security number.

It exists to get people off the sidelines and doing one thing that is good for them, which is the only part that has ever actually mattered.

Private by design

Nobody you work with will ever see this.

Your report card and plan are yours. Your employer, your manager, and StaffGuidance.Health see participation counts only: never your grades, your numbers, or whether you finished. There are no payroll integrations and no data feeds, so there is nothing about you for anyone to hold.

Common questions

Does this cost anything?

No. The report card and your personalized plan are free: no credit card, no trial, nothing to cancel.

Can my manager or employer see my results?

No. Your report card is visible to you alone. Organizations receive aggregate participation only, how many people took part, never who or what anyone scored.

How long does it really take?

About three minutes. Most questions are tap-only, and financial questions use ranges rather than exact amounts, so there is nothing to look up and no documents to gather.

Will I be contacted or sold something?

Not unless you ask. Finishing a report card does not put you on a call list. If your grades show a need that genuinely takes a professional, you may be offered an introduction to a well-vetted advisor, entirely your choice, with no obligation.
