Savology announced the launch of its financial wellness program for employers, providing access to holistic financial planning for employees as a workplace benefit.

Under the program, employees receive a holistic financial plan and report card, personalized recommendations, live financial professionals, custom activities, financial comparisons and benchmarks, and literacy resources and tools. The announcement noted what has since become conventional wisdom: employers increasingly recognize the relationship between personal finances, work performance, and overall employee satisfaction — and most existing financial wellness programs did not adequately address the financial challenges employees actually face.
