The Well-Being Index Publishes the State of Well-Being 2025–2026 Report
The Well-Being Index, invented by Mayo Clinic and run by our partner Champions of Wellness, has published the State of Well-Being 2025–2026 Report. It is built on more than 72,000 assessments of the healthcare workforce, clinicians and care teams across 8 occupation groups.
The report is written for healthcare leaders. It gives aggregate distress and well-being scores, with year-over-year trends from 2021 to 2026 across practice types.
It also takes a snapshot by role of five things: well-being, burnout, emotional hardening, meaning in work, and work–life integration.
The report is free, and a premium edition adds deeper breakdowns. Get the free report.
Why it matters to Savology
Financial strain is part of well-being, and it is largely invisible to the organizations trying to help. That is why we partnered with Champions of Wellness in August.
Where an organization measures well-being, Savology adds the financial dimension. Every person can build a free financial report card and a personalized plan. Each report card stays private, and by default the organization sees aggregate participation, never anyone’s report card.
Healthcare organizations using the Well-Being Index, or measuring well-being in any form, can see how a Savology partnership works.
